What do you need? Four of the most powerful words you can use. Words we all long to hear at some point in our life, no matter how self-sufficient and independent we are.
- Inspirers: these are the people who make you feel better when the chips are down. Be it through words or actions, they know exactly what to do and say to get you out of your rut and back on track.
- Doers: These are the people who don’t wait to be asked, they just do. From home-cooked meals to school pick-ups, the doers thrive on getting on with the stuff you just need done.
- Listeners: The listeners are always there, no matter how low you feel or what you might sometimes say, they listen without judgment and without advice.
- Askers: These people ask one simple thing: “what do you need”? These are your practical people who will let you tell them exactly what you need and get it done.
